The following links are here to provide you with additional online mental health care information for the primary geographic areas I serve. The following is not meant to be a comprehensive list or to address specific mental health conditions.  Please note that I do not respond to requests to add links to my website.

Mendocino County

Redwood Crisis Services:  24 hour hotline for people in crisis and up to 60 days of support after a crisis hospitalization, can refer  to medication management services

Hospitality Center:  Referrals for temporary housing and assistance with housing applications, other services for people who are unsheltered or at risk of losing housing

NAMI:  A National Organization that provides support for families, friends and individuals whose lives have been affected by mental illness.  Support groups for family members are available online.

Mendocino County Mental Health: Good overall page to start your search for local services, includes adult, child services and Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Project Sanctuary:  Provides prevention and support to individuals experiencing domestic violence and/or sexual assault.

Sonoma County

Sonoma County Mental Health:  Good starting place for an overview of different services in Sonoma County

Lomi Clinic:  Offers sliding scale therapy and accepts Partnership and MediCare, a good option if you are seeking in person therapy in the Santa Rosa area
